RETURNS
Products purchased directly from Gearmo.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Returns missing components or showing signs of use may incur higher restocking fees or be denied entirely at GearMo’s discretion. Items with missing serial numbers or UPC codes are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES / WARRANTY CLAIMS
Gearmo® warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms outlined in the original product warranty.
If your item is defective or malfunctioning, you may be eligible for a replacement. All warranty claims must be submitted through ReturnSite.com, and all steps in the claim process must be completed. A valid proof of purchase is required.
RETURNS THROUGH MARKETPLACES & DISTRIBUTORS
If you purchased your Gearmo® product from a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, Walmart, or Newegg) or an authorized distributor, you must initiate your return or exchange through that platform according to their policies. Gearmo is unable to process refunds for purchases not made directly on Gearmo.com.
However, you may still file a warranty exchange through Gearmo if the product is defective and covered under warranty. Visit ReturnSite.com to begin a claim. You will need to provide proof of purchase from the original seller.
