This 20Ft. long Active USB 2.0 Extension Cable includes a second male USB plug that allows an additional 300ma of power through to the end of the cable. The cable extends both USB and USB 2.0 cables quickly and with ease! The Active USB 2.0 Extension Cable will power most USB devices while using its  additional male connector. This product also features a power LED indicator and an optional DC power connector.

The 20Ft. Active USB 2.0 Extension Cable is not a passive cable. It has a patent pending ASIC chip inside that buffers the ingoing and outgoing USB signals.
