Products purchased from may be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. These products must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for refund. To return a product, please contact our returns dept. to start the Return for Refund process. Returns for credit carry a 15% restocking fee.



GearMo® warrants to the original purchaser of a GearMo® product that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship per the terms of the warranty that came with the product. Each step of the Request a Replacement Process must be completed to ensure that your request is processed.
