Returns & Claims


Products purchased from may be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. These products must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories; Gearmo® reserves the right for discretionary judgment of product condition. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for refund. To return a product, please visit our approved return center site to create your warranty claim/exchange. Returns for credit carry a 15% restocking fee.



GearMo® warrants to the original purchaser of a GearMo® product that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship per the terms of the warranty that came with the product. Each step of the Request a Replacement Process must be completed to ensure that your request is processed.

Warranty exchanges can be requested through our approved return center site  to create your warranty claim/exchange.
